The Transnational Consortium Ltd. is a Bangladesh Based Trading, Engineering Services and EPCM Company started its journey from 2022. This company is registered under “The Company Act. 1994”in 2022, but its root started several years ago. Transdel Engineering had started its journey in 2017 as proprietary firm, aiming to provide services in the field of power system protection, testing of HV/MV substations, provide technical support for industries and Automation works. Later it has expanded its working area in the field of transmission line in 2019. This engineering firm also achieve an award on affordable renewable energy solution from ministry of power, energy and mineral resources, Bangladesh. TNCL has experience in the field of power system, industries, fire & safety, construction and erection, renewable energy etc. Therefore, TNCL is established as a private limited company, aiming to doing business in the field of Energy, Construction, Renewable energy, Agriculture, trading, supply, logistics and contracting.

Md. Ismail Hossain, P.Eng.
President
Md. Ismail Hossain is a seasoned power system engineer and project management professional with over 30 years of experience in the power sector. He has served as Chief Engineer at the Power Grid Company of Bangladesh and held various roles at Bangladesh Power Development Board and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. With more than 10 years of experience as a Project Director, Deputy Project Director, and Project Manager, he has also been a council member of the Institute of Engineers Bangladesh for two terms and is a fellow of the institute. He has attended numerous trainings and inspections both in Bangladesh and abroad.
Shafaet Ashif Hossain
Head of Engineering & Development
Shafaet Ashif Hossain is an experienced electrical engineer with 9 years of expertise in power system protection, control, and automation. He specializes in transmission and distribution projects and is skilled in project management and substation design. Shafaet previously worked as a Senior Engineer at Energypac Engineering Ltd. and as Deputy Technical Manager at China National Technical Import & Export Corporation. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2015 and he is a member of Institute of Engineers Bangladesh.
K.M. Jillani
Director & CEO
K. M. Jillani is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in diverse sectors, including education, garments, agriculture, farming, and the electrical industry. He excels in data analysis, customer service, consulting, and project management. With a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics from University of Rajshahi, he is now pursuing an LLB from National University. His skills encompass IT, E-GP systems, sales, marketing, legal issues, and human resource management. Fluent in multiple languages, he has a strong understanding of local, religious, and political issues, adding depth to his entrepreneurial expertise.
Rahamatallil Al-amin
Executive Director
Rahamatallil Al-Amin is a seasoned power system and telecom engineer with over 23 years of experience in the power and telecom sectors. He has served as Executive Engineer at the Bangladesh Rural Electricity Board and worked with Huawei Technology and Energypac Engineering Ltd. in various roles both domestically and internationally. Rahamatallil holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2000. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Engineers Bangladesh and has participated in numerous training sessions, workshops, and inspections in Bangladesh and abroad, enhancing his expertise in power distribution and telecom projects.
